Uneventful flying (which is good!) Easy check-in from Seattle to San Fran, a little more difficult on the way back only because people were trying to bring on too many bags or bags that were too large for carry-on. Flights were both on time and there were no problems. Both flights were VERY full.

The check in process and the flight itself were great. My only complaint was the gate agent started with boarding calls 50 minutes before the departure time. And the FINAL BOARDING CALL WAS 30 MINUTES BEFORE!!! I had to scramble my wife out of the restroom to get on the plane, only to SIT AT THE GATE FOR 30 MINUTES.

Sir Richard Branson Got it right! Upgrading to First was straightforward, easy, and no games. Value was outstanding, and this carrier should be applauded for the experience! On time and friendly staff. I would highly recommend this airline to anyone.

Flight was 40 minutes early on arrival in SF and 30 minutes early back to Seattle-No problems with anything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Purple lights and humorous safety videos - definitely a new flight experience for me. The in-flight games were entertaining, and I liked having access to TV. Fortunately I had my own headphones, but it seems unfair for people to have to pay for a pair if they don't have their own. Also, where are the pretzels or peanuts? On the return flight, the plane was on the ground for almost two hours - right during dinner time - and I was starving. I didn't eat dinner prior because I thought I'd be home in two hours. Little did I know I wouldn't get home for another four.

The staff was AWESOME from check in unitl I was getting off the plane. Southwest use to be just like this, but their service has gone down in recent years and now I don't fly them at all. I will continue to use Virgin America for me flights to and from California if at all possible.

Great trip! The carry ons are out of control. OK, check your bags , but don't bring on 3-4 carry ons. Perhaps there needs to be a charge for carry ons!

I recently flew on a United flight and was quite surprised by the experience. It was surprisingly nice! Check-in was easy, and the staff helpful. I was also surprised that United provided in-flight entertainment, free! I gave this experience 4 paws instead of 5 because they did not offer any snacks (yes I know most do not provide snacks these days), but aside from that, both of my flights were great all around.

Just returned from our trip to Wine country. We had a flawless trip on Virgin from check in to our return to Seattle. Airline was exceptionally clean, welcoming and on time. Luggage arrived undamaged, promptly after the flight. What more could one ask for!
