Be careful of the fastest flights ~ we had a layover in Chicago and had to stay the night, our flight was cancelled. Coming home our flight was cancelled, so had to stay an extra day in Pittsburg and went through Dallas the next day, which wasn't fun, added a day and 2+ hours to our flight time. Hummm...me thinks I will go a different way to Pittsburgh next time

While flight to Newark was uneventful- upon landing found connecting to get home was Cancelled. No help with phone customer service -person barely spoke english and disconnected me. Stood in long line to get a flight home that evening. Service person who staffed that desk was indeed kind and helpful. Got a new flight home but that was delayed by an hour; however nothing showing delay was posted on the web nor on phone customer service. Will not fly Continental again if I dont have to.

did not realize that you cannot upgrade to first class with a T ticket. However the flight crew from Atlanta to Seattle were Amazing,kind and funny!

American was fine on trip Seattle to Pittsburgh. I was not happy with the United flights on the return. I'm short and I was totally uncomfortable with the leg room. I find counter personnell very busy, short with customers, the check-in kisok at the counters are confusing and the personnel are not willing (or able) to slow down and help people.

All was as good as can be expected with 2 stops, but it was a "rapid rewards" flight. In Pittsburgh we were three of four bags short. Took one day to deliver them.
We were early at each of the three destinations and the crews were good.
It would have been overall.a good trip, if not for sending our bags to Midway instead of Pittsburgh
