From the moment I arrived at the gate, everything went as expected. Plane loaded on time, took off on time and the flight attendants were vey pleasant.
The seats actually had leg room without being in an aisle seat and the plane was clean. Drinks and snacks were handled efficiently and the flight was very uneventful.
The airtime was quiet and uninterrupted. We landed ahead of time. A MUCH better experience than my last on another airline. Southwest is my airline of choice from now on.

Flight was just fine, it's the passengers that i raised an eyebrow to... i counted 10 people that the flight attendance had to ask to get back in their seats as the fasten your seat belt sign was lit up ! That was just the people i saw in front of me ! They had to anounce this over the speaker 2 times as well, to try and get this through to people !!! Hmmmm...(Ha,Ha!)My first ADD flight...ever !

This is the first time I have flown on Southwest as I was always leery of the cattle drive approach to boarding. I paid the extra fee to get the early check-in time and it put my mind at ease. We ended up with great seat row. I would not hesitate to fly Southwest again.

Flew US Airways for the first time ever and have to say they are one of the last airlines that actually treats you right! The flight was smooth, attendants were helpful. My carry on bag had to be checked in since the flight was so booked and the bag actually arrived with me! Will try to book on US Airways everytime!

That's the jist of it. People who are enjoying their jobs make it nicer to be there. I had a personal interaction with each attendant and each one was enjoyable. Smiles all around and great service go hand in hand! An A+ service experience.

Both segments of the round-trip went smoothly from start to finish. On time departures. Flight attendants were very attentive and professional.

Flight began on Horizon, sister to Alaska. We had 1 stop, flight crew was friendly, seats a bit smaller, but comfortable. Began the flight a bit late, but time was made up in flight and we arrived to make our connecting flight in Portland. Our return flight was on Alaska, Non-stop. Great service, very comfortable seating, arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule. We enjoy flying on Alaska flights.

checked in on-time and without any problem. On-flight service was very quick, sits are comfortable. Arrival time was without any delays. The only thing that was negative that there was not much room for your carry on. People don't want to pay $15/bag and take their baggage as carry on I had to put my carry on in compartment at the very end of the airplane which makes it very inconvinient upon leaving the plane, as I had to wait to get it back.
