I have flown one airline exclusively the past few years which I know now has spoiled me. I understand that gate people and flight attendants have customers to work with which is not always the best experience, but that is their job! I always try to smile and be polite to everyone, but the attitude I walked away from the employees was that they hated their jobs and wanted to let all of us know - and it was obvious! When we finally landed in Miami, the flight attendants stopped the passengers from getting off the plane so they could exit before all the passengers (what the heck!), and it took them 60 minutes to get our luggage to us (after the flight was already delayed 3 1/2 hours).

No problems with the flight itself. On time, pleasant crew.
It took 45 minutes for the baggage to arrive on the carousel -- way too long.

Everything was great about my flight...with the exception of my seat selection. I was seated in the row in front of an exit row....unbeknownst to me, seats in that row DO NOT RECLINE! Not a big problem on a daytime flight, but since this was a red-eye, it was almost impossible to sleep. This made a 5.5 hour flight last FOREVER
