    Price was cheap and flight was great! SEATS WERE COMFORTABLE AND LOTS OF LEG ROOM. PLANE WAS VERY NEW AND NICE.

    I fly to CA often and always choose Virgin America. The only improvement I would make to the airline's amenities (nice seats, clean airplane, tv with lots of selctions) is for them to include a vegan food selection.

    Flt was on time. However I am an MVP and there were plenty of seats in first class and I was not upgraded even though I was on the list. They also don't advise you if you made the upgrade prior to boarding you just have to keep checking. Flt attendants were OK. Nothing special. Service OK nothing special but thats what I've come to expect with higher prices and less service. AK really should be a leader and NOT make you pay for your first bag.

    I was very impressed with my first trip on Virgin America. The entertainment system was great, both trips left and arrived on time, but no peanuts, which was disappointing.

    It got me there safely and on time. That's all that mattered.Luggage was delayed upon returning home and also damaged.

    We really experienced greatness from beginning to end. The seats were so comfortable it practically felt like first class and check in was almost fun! We are very dissapointed that all our airmiles are with another carrier!!
