Everything went bad from check-in to arrival and missed connecting flight. Employees act like fly someone else..please. They have no customer service skills. We are suppose to land at 8:00pm. Pilot says we will be at gate in 10 min. No one else comes on to give an update and the plane gets to gate 45min later. We miss the connection by 2 min. while the rep makes no attempt to offer to pay for lodging, rental car. Fly last flight out into Raleigh, an 1 1/2 away from Greensboro. So I got to pay extra to fly out of GSO and I got to pay extra for the car and got in at 2:30am next day.Now I remember why it had been so long since I have flown US AIR. They have always been this way. Nothing with them changes.
