    There was a medical emergency on board; the crew, the passengers EVERYONE handled this well.It was not noticeable to passengers away from the incident.Pilots/staff provided appropriate updates and passengers were well taken care of.

    Took a week long trip to Chicago and flew SW to Midway due to great price, no baggage fee, and non-stop flight. The flight was great - although I'm not crazy about waiting by my computer 24 hours before the flight, finger twitching, trying to get the best possible boarding pass position, once I had it the plane loading process went great, flight was comfortable, flight attendants were polite and friendly, and the flight home was actually almost half an hour early. Southwest seems to take the hassle out of flying - you pay your bucks, you get the promised service, and go on your merry way. Pleased about the Air Tran merger - maybe SW should merge with one of the big ones to show them a thing or two about basic customer satisfaction.

    Good flights both ways. Left and arrived on time. Service aboard was fine with smiles from everybody, they even give you a snack!
