Sat in "C", center. Overhead light WAY too dull for reading. Changed seat temporarily by window. Same seat on return flight barely better, but readable.

I went to Atlanta for 2.5 days of training and chose United since that is where I accumulate my miles. When I checked in the flight from Seattle to Denver I had automatically been upgraded to first class. However, the ongoing flight from Denver to Atlanta was on a 70 seat commuter flight that was pretty uncomfortable for a 1150 mile flight. However, both flights were on time and even arrived in Atlanta about 20 minutes early.

I loved the direct TV in the seat in front of me! $6.00 for the entire flight of 4.5 hours! Not all flights have this but mine did. It made the flight go by really fast!

Our flight to Atl. was fine. Long, but we were prepared for that. Then we arrived in Atlanta to find a plane but no crew for the next flight. They were flying in the flight attendants from Vegas! Who plans these things? I did not see any weather delays when we left Seattle and we had a plane so????The delta crews on all 4 of our flights were great. The planes were pretty clean. Too much carryon - I am sure caused by the baggage check fees - delayed takeoff every flight.
What a messed up flying system we have! It just seems to be getting worse.
