Trip to Detroit: Delayed flight. Cancelled flight at connection. Long wait. Rude personnel at the airport when I was trying to get another flight. No apologies or compensation, not even a food voucher.
Return trip to Savannah: Lack of space for my legal-sized carryon. Extremely rude stewardess refused to even try to make room for my LEGAL-SIZED bag, even though I told her there was room if they would just move a few bags around, and I told her I was carrying a breakable item which was a treasured item from my mother. When I arrived home and tried to get some satisfaction for the item which, of course, was broken because they forced me to put it in baggage, I was responded to with form letters and promises of a phone call which never came. Absolutely horrible service.

I was ill and asked to have my seat changed at the gate the woman at the clounter made a big deal about how it was impossible and was just plain rude I got to the gate and another attendent changed my seat with no problem. The flight was full so they took my carryon from me and placed it in the baggage cart. My Kindle was broken in the process and the nylon bag cut. These people donot give one hoot about us passengers as people. I will never fly Delta again.
