    No pilot for the flight out of Sarasota. Finally got a pilot(much later) which forced us to miss our connection in Atlanta. Just dump you in the airport where you have to fight your way through crowds of people and wait in lines to get a room in a lousy and dirty Best Western and 2 6.00 meal vouchers. They give you a t-shirt and a disposable toothbrush. No luggage. Worst flight I ever took! Never again will I fly Delta. What a mess! Coincidentally, my cousin is a pilot for Delta, well until he got laid off.
