    I don't care what others say. They are a very good airline. We started out with a 15 minute delay. But picked up a tail wind and we arrived safe and sound at our scheduled landing time..Hurray for Southwest. No extra fees. You know baggage fees. Gotta love them..I sure do think they are the smart airline. Not ripping people off to help there bottom line..Thanks Southwest.

    Wow...did that trip really happen? We were taking our daughter to Chico State for orientation. Flight took off, landed and was like "Ground Hogs Day" for the return. Simple and carefree trip. No hitches. Thanks to AFWD, we saved $30. towards our next flight back as they notified us of a lower fare before we departed. Thank you AFWD & Southwest Airlines. We'll surly be back.

    Typical Southwest flight; cattle drive approach to seating. Not my favorite airline. No empty seats. Staff, as usual, were friendly.
