Outbound- 3 tries with lazer and boarding pass did
not work. Credit card- one swipe! Boarding, Seating
-smooth. Service- both ways: Excellent! Really see
and sense the extra effort and work. Food: Outbound-
- brought my own sub. Inbound- purchased their
breakfast egg,sausage,cheese bun with fruit box-
- coffee, soft drinks, lots of water (3-4x/flight)
= v.v. good! Picking up checked luggage - no problem.
Inbound- I needed help at the kiosk; I wanted to get
on an earlier flight than reserved (snow starting)-
received immediate help with success. Great!

I booked 2 full-fare (then applied 2 discount coupons from Continental), in Feb., 2010. Both ways, I selected seats 16A & B. When checking in, I was issued boarding passes for 31B & E! Two middle seats in the next to the last row! The employee at the baggage check counter was condescending, to say the least, implying that someone must have pushed the key on a computer at the exact same time as me for the exact same seats back in Feb. She said the employee at the gate could assist me in getting 2 seats together. At the gate, the employee took the boarding passes, set them aside, told us she would see what she could do. As we watched her for 20 minutes our boarding passes were not touched. She called our name, returned our boarding passes and said the flight was full. So, after almost 100,000 points accumulated on One Pass and a Chase Continental credit card, that is what we received as treatment.
