We fly Delta about 8 times a year. They are usually on time. Our return flight was almost 3 hours delayed because of the terrible weather in the mid-west. Delta alerted us as soon as they could. The staff was courteous, apologetic. I don't blame them for nature related problems. So we'll fly Delta again, happily!
