I boycotted Southwest back in 1994. I tried them again and was pleasantly surprised.. will fly with them on next trip.

It was a simple, routine flight. The male attendant was funny and smart. Added a little special something to the flight.

We were lucky enough to get a flight for $39 each way.......thinking that if we left on a Thursday and came home on a Saturday, it wouldn't be as crazy.....boy, were we wrong.......the flight was completely sold out.....not an empty seat on the plane......luckily, it's a quick 45 minute flight......other than all the people packed in like sardines, the flight was great - smooth, on time, and friendly attendants.......would definitely take this flight again, as it was so cheap !!!

Southwest knows how to take care of their customers. I have never been treated with anything but courtesy from check in to deplaning. Flights are generally on time and the attendants are pleasant and helpful. The only thing I would change would be to have assigned seats, but that is a minor issue - everything else makes flying Southwest an enjoyable experience.
