Paid for my ticket and luggage. Upon arrival at John Wayne Airport, was advised at the Frontier ticket counter - our flight had been cancelled. No prior notice (when booking they took our ctc #, for notification, should a need arise); no assistance from the counter clerks... Kinda of like "ha, ha, let's see what they can do on their own!".

Had to book with another airline plus pay ANOTHER fee for luggage which did not transfer from 1 airline to another. Plus, hoping and praying upon arrival at the connecting airport - all would go well. No thanks to Frontier Airlines!

Have NO INTENTIONS OF TRAVELING WITH FRONTIER unless something terribly wrong accurrs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
