Flying Delta was one of the more pleasurable flying experiences I have had. The plane was clean, left on time, and landed early at my destination. I liked the "Delta Cookies" that were offered at snack time, along with a hot cup of tea,I had "teatime in the air". The landing at John Wayne was super, so graceful and accurate the landing itself was very efficient, a really good pilot!!!! I did have a wait for departure at Reagan National of 2 additional hours when I went from Reagan to Grand Rapids, Mi and when I got home, there was a letter from Delta apologizing for the delay, and an additional 1000 frequent flyer miles added to my ff account. Nice! I would not hesitate to fly Delta again, and will be recommeding it to my friends. I flew JohnWayne-Reagan National-Grand Rapids, Mi-John Wayne.

Had a uncomfortable experience going thru security at Reagan National Airport, was "wanded" on my hands and had a very comprehensive public "hand exam".....over my entire body.....I must have looked very suspecious at my age of 76 !!!
