the flight was ok but i see that delta has changed its policy they use to allow buying up to exit row seating at 24 hours till departure now that option has been taken away and i tried at the airport unless your a very high mileage flyer you can forget about the upgrades so i'll probably be flying more on united who offer several rows of seating with additional leg room which means everything to me. i couldn't rest at all with the seat in front of me reclined into my knees for 4 hours.
