At check in at Denver, apparently the counter clerk was having trouble logging in to her computer, and did not acknowledge that my daughter and I were at her counter. She did not even look up at us or say anything about "I'll be with you soon", or anything else. We finally moved to the next counter clerk, and she at least said she would be with us soon, but was still very slow. And apparently counter clerks are not used to having service dogs traveling with the customer. At Santa Ana, the clerk had to call someone to see if service dogs can travel without charge, and in Denver the clerk violated ADA regulations and asked us what type of service dog we had. That is like asking "what is your disability". Otherwise the travel and service on the plane was Excellent.

Midwest offered to check our carryons for free. Orange county is a small airport so no waiting in security lines. Easy to board the plane and good
service in flight. Quick baggage service when we landed in Denver. Would fly Midwest again.

the plane arrived ten minutes before we were scheduled to fly. They explained they would be letting 100 people off and would board us ten minutes later. They were true to their word and they were friendly and joking with everyone as we entered the plane. We arrived safely, happy and only ten minutes later than expected.

I'd not flown Frontier before, and was pleasantly surprised. Biggest delay was checking in on the way home, but considering it was President's weekend, and everyone in line had ski/snowboard gear, it went pretty well. I appreciated the free back of seat TV (was in 2nd tier class so not to pay for ski equipment + bag), service people were nice from check-in desk through aircraft staff. A friend flies this route several times a year to come to Disneyland, and she's always been happy w/ Frontier as well. Only delay was getting bags in SNA, but that was SNA being overloaded by 5 flights coming in at same time late in evening. It happens at all SoCal airports when you have oversized, I've decided.

Our family of four caught a fantastic fare to visit family in Denver. For a family on a budget, Southwest cannot be beat. The fact that they do not charge you for checked bags is in of itself worth the price of a ticket. Thank you Southwest Airlines for staying true to your customers!!!!
