    One of the best flying experience that I have ever had. The check-in process was fast and convenient. The self check-in machines worked great. The departure and arrival was accurate and the in-flight service was excellent. Will defenetly fly with them again.

    Flight was on time. The service was a little slow. Drinks and snacks took forever on my end of the plane. The other section was served faster. They were finished when we were just starting.

    Overall the experience with Jet Blue is a good one. But my last two return flights from NYC have been delayed by more than an hour.

    Wow--sju is not the best airport to be delayed in--too crowded on a Saturday and not enough places to get something decent to eat. A 3 hour delay made for a very unhappy, vocal crowd on this plane......
