Our flight was canceled and we stood in line for over two hours. Delta's staff never said anything about the flight cancellation. The 7 am flight never left until 2 pm and there was no explanation or any form of apology offered. We could have kept our rental car for a few more hours if we would have been told. Then, they tried to make us sleep in the airport during our stop, because the connecting flight was full. I was lucky to get home at midnight, after a heated argument with the staff person because I scheduled to be at work the next day!. Finally, my only checked bag was lost. I finally got it three days later.
