My round trip flights were on time with no fuss. I love that you still get peanuts on Southwest. I do wish the waiting for baggage was less but atleast the bag got there!

Right on time as advertised. eeasy check in at the curb. Answered all my questions and made a happy camper out of me. Southwest is the best...no luggage fees and low prices.

Check in personnel acted like they were doing us a favor. Screening personnel couldn't speak clear English. Just about had my wife in tears. I have metal knees and was treated like I was a criminal.
