Out departure flight, like most of Southwest flights things we smooth and seamless but our return flight was delayed by about 30 minutes for some reason. It wasn't a big deal to me and it wouldn't change my mind about not taking Southwest.

I usually fly American Airlines yet when Southwest had a price I could not resist I decided to book a flight. I used the early bird check-in which cost $10 extra which was well worth it. The plane was clean, new, very comfortable seats and the best flight attendants. Our flight was slightly delayed yet we made arrived early. If I have a choice I will book Southwest from now on especially since they don't charge for luggage.

The flight was delayed 2 hours. We actually left SJC at the time we were originally supposed to arrive in LAS. Southwest did not notify us of this fact until 4:30 pm that afternoon. We had already checked in for the flight and had cleared security. The reason given was that it was delayed leaving the last stop before arriving SJC. If the flight was delayed that much I think they could have let us all know way a ahead of 4:30pm since the departure from SJC was originally scheduled for 5:45pm

Great flight. On time. Friendly cabin crew. Really like the additional leg room and the in-flight. Lots of entertainment choices.
