Would not allow my husband to take his carry-on on the plane. He has used the same carry-on for 5 years! It's a duffle type bag that easily goes into the overheads. The seats belts in some of the seats have been shortened and others the same. I need something behind my back for support since the seats are so uncomfortable which made it impossible to belt on the shortened seat belt. The trays were filthy. I don't enjoy paying so much money to be torchered for almost 5 hours!! Every year it gets worse and the price just keeps going up.
