Beware of Delta! They make no provisions for mechanical problems and many of their flights are overbooked so when sometning goes wrong, you may find yourself stranded for one, two, three more days. I paid $190 extra to change my flight only to find out the flight had been cancelled and I had to wait 2 more days. At first they offered nothing for the inconvience but a hotel, but when I asked for the $190 back, I got a voucher for 200 but had to ask for it. The flights I got two days later, you got it, all overbooked. Can't wait for Southwest to service Bozeman, Mt. When is Delta going to care about customer service and satisfaction?
