The delay in San Jose due to machinacal problems caused a rushed and stressful issue at Ft. Lau. Fl. in making the connecting flight to Atl. I and several other passengers paid online for a specific seat; but upon arrival at the airport the ticket counter personal and computers had no record nor knowledge. The online print out was our only savings grage. This type of issue althrough somewhat minor should not occur.
