    Economy seat space seemed even smaller than usual on the Boeing 757 to Seattle. Economy seating on the return flight on an Airbus 320 was more comfortable, bigger and better. Service on both flights was good.

    I love Virgin America but missed my flight by 10 min. The plane was on the ground but they wouldn't let me in so I had to spend 5 hours in the airport with nothing. Simply "standby".

    All in all, the trip was average. I couldn't check in a bag without being charged, there was barely enough room for my overhead luggage, seats feel as cramped as other airlines, and the flight attendants hardly talked to me except to ask what drink I wanted. Just average.

    Flight was on time and boarding was orderly. Staff was helpful. Landing was perfect and passengers were calm and respectful. I have no complaints except for filling out this survey.

    Great service all around,on time and very relaxing flieght.Virgin air departs from the international termenal at SFO,It is much better than departing from the domestic termenal.Highly recamend Virgin air flieghts to Seattle.

    It's worth the $55 to avoid a checked bag fee and/or if you plan to drink; ticket is changeable once upgraded. Service is slightly awkward as you need to place the order through the tv (snacks too) even if you ask or are asked by the FA. Abisnthe is not on the TV menu, but it's still available. The added legroom helpa... a lot.
