My check-in experience is rated excellant only because I checked in on-line.
I flew Economy-Plus which allows for extra leg room,which I payed extra for it. The extra leg room does make a difference on long flights for comfort. My main complaint and the one thing that makes no sense: United boards Economy Plus flyers last,which means that all the over-head bins are already full, so many Plus people who wanted to carry-on bags have to now check them last minute at the door. Why pay more and board last - Economy plus flyers should board immediately after first class! Also,the extra leg room is nice, but the seats are not particularly comfortable.

Use carry-on luggage if possible. The check in process was fine and boarding was orderly. In flight meal was tasty and served hot.

It was afull flight. The seats were uncomfortable. Every two minutes the flight attendant or the pilot had to make some kind of announcement. I think they just liked to hear their own voices. This was a 5 hour flight and it would have been nice to be able to take a nap.
