“Air France.. The Only Air Lines I will take to travel abroad”

I have traveled to France and Italy 8 times in the past 10 years and have always traveled Air France. I hate flying even short distances and will ONLY fly Air France overseas. I have traveled on United, Delta, and other airlines but Air France is the best. The flight staff on all my trips has always been courteous, helpful and friendly. During the flight there are complimentary beverages, sandwiches, ice cream and other snacks self serve in the galley. One trip the crew was very short handed, had a full plane but was still courteous and helpful.

air france does not reward those of us that are willing to use the internet check-in system. If you have any bags that need to be checked in you must still go through the horribly slow line to get them checked, which is a shame, they have kiosks set up like in the States where you can check in ( but after you get your boarding pass you still have to go through the line...bad, bad). Why is the line so interminable? Because of the you-are-the-only-person-that-matters-right-now type service they provide. Awesomely wonderful service, if you are the one getting it. In-flight meals good, nice wine and champagne, great selection of movies, fully stocked duty-free shop, comfortable seats.

I have traveled on many air lines over the years this was the worst. The seats are small the planes were not clean and the service was poor. We did a river cruse in France and most of the people on the cruse including the cruse director said Air France is very bad. Wish someone had told me before the flight.
