Have not complaints about flight - checking in was another story - could not get seat when checked-in online - once at airport checked in at Kiosk to get bags tagged, computers went down, had to sit and wait (good thing we were early) once we received the bag tags we were told we could go thorough security leaving our bags out in the open. The lady at the counter advised it was fine to leave them there with all 100 people waiting for their bag tags, she would not put them on the belt. So we waiting until it was done, which took about 20 minutes. Once on board the flight was great.
