    Flight delayed two hours, then once on plane sat on tarmack another two hours......all over the dinner hour and they never offered free snacks! They still expected us to pay $5 for a bag of chips! Later they said we could get flight discount vouchers on their website. But food when I was starving would have been a lot nicer!

    Terrible check in process. Had no bags but could not check in at kiosk because of Midwest Horizon partnership. Had to wait in loooong line to check in with Horizon agent for both flights. Reservation would not come up on computer. BAD!!!!

    The flight was on time leaving and was early arriving in Denver, the gate was full so they went to another gate do not to negate the early arrival.

    We were connecting at SFO from Cabo. Our flight was delayed 1hr 45 min. It was to be a 1hr 59min flight but we ended up taking 2hr 35min. We finally got to DEN at 12:20AM but then we had to wait until 2:20AM for our luggage to show up on the carousel. The flight was long, cramped, bumpy, late and inefficient. One of my worst travel days ever.
