We had some really friendly and upbeat flight attendants. But of course, the plane was packed and the seats barely had enough room for our legs. The guy behind me had his knees in my back the entire trip and kept moving them around.
At least Continental still serves food (however average food at best), and now they're giving away free headsets, but this charge for luggage is making everyone bring as much as possible on board and it's just made it harder to board in a timely manner while everyone crams as much as possible into the tiny spaces around them.
