Our Southwest commuter plane from L.A. was 2 hrs late making us late for our flight connection in L.A. to St. Louis. I am disabled & also have a foot injury & called ahead weeks earlier to reserve a seat near the front of the plane for both flights. The seat I had reserved was taken and I had to go to the next to the last row. The 2nd plane waited for us, but our seats were given away making us sit in the last row. The flight atten. stated she could not help me even though I had a print out of my seat confirmations. She offered us a free drink!Poor service for disabled.

Flight attendants couldn't find room for all carryons and were shuffling our computer bag all over the plane. We only brought on 1 computer bag and 1 small bag(not a suitcase) to store over our heads. Of course American Airlines has created this problem themselves, and it contributes to their bad on time record. We are getting out of American and taking to the friendlier skies of Southwest Airlines.
