There is something about VirginAir that is always fun and upbeat. From climbing onboard to a plane that has the lighting of a late night disco, the comical cartoon about flight safety or the cheerful
attitudes of the flight crew; VA knows how to make it enjoyable.
To have the Pilot bid us farewell and a nod of thanks always makes me feel appreciated and in good hands.

Flight arrived ahead of time both ways on Thanksgiving weekend. Easy to see why Southwest is rated number 1 in customer satisfaction. Crew was polite and friendly.

I just love Virgin airlines b/c the planes are new and the in flight crew is always pleasent. I love the radio stations that are available to listen to and the ambiance of the plane when you walk in (the purple lighting).

Our flight was right on time and got to our destination almost an hour early! It was great! The attendants were nice, the seats were comfy and all the little gadgets such as the touch-screen and video game controllers made the flight that much more enjoyable! Virgin America will definitely be getting my business again, especially if their airfare is low! :o)

Everything was fine, except for the delay landing in San Diego. We began our descent and then jerked back up high into the sky. The period of time between that happening and someone finally getting on the intercom to tell us what was going on was nerve-wracking! It was a frustrating situation, but I guess all things considered they did what they could with having to circle, land and refuel at another airport, and try it again.

What's not to like? Computer screens on the back of every seat with free games, choice of movies, TV, flight info, e-messages to other passengers or flight attendants. Movies can be watched through landing until you're at the gate! Interior decor like an elegant modern room or lounge. AND the attendant gave me a free drink for changing seats with someone (which I've done on numerous airlines w/o expectation of a reward).

Cabin lighting like a '60s disco; great entertainment unit w/ wide variety of music-- some rather rare. Greatest going North; long delay because of SFO weather , much earlier in day, going South. Fair prices.
