    We fly Alaska about once or twice a year. This recent flight was very good. Boarded and took off on-time.

    Both flights were on time and the attendants were very courteous -- I will fly with Southwest again. Southwest is one of the few airlines that don't charge for check-in baggage !

    Everybody was friendly-on the trip to Portland there were actually empty seats so I had some room. Unfortunately I have been spoiled by traveling on airlines that have entertainment so I was missing that. It was an old plane-no screens. Not really Alaska's fault. I do like the easy check-in process.
