I was apalled at the fact that they first expect us to pay for food, and now we have to pay $6 to watch TV? And Direct TV at that, the worst! Good thing I had a book. Flight(s) to PHL I got two meals, and on the way back, expecting that i would get food, I got pretzels! And they didnt even have anything to buy! What's up with that?!

Waited on runway for half hr to take off. Finally, next in line, ground crew came out and said we had to return, because a door was flapping open, as we were moving. 1 1/2 hr later, we left. No more connecting flights in Cincinati. Put up at H. Inn, with $6 dinner voucher HA! (coffee at best!) Next night, leaving Cin., Nose cone problems. Changed planes, and gates (hours) No drinks or snacks(wster, only)small plane, turbulance, lightnig show. Exhausted. Paid extra for car storage, and pet care. We complained, but, they told us how lucky we were that the problems were found before take-off! How about inspecting the Plane, before you put people in it???

No movie, no music. Of 16 1st class seats,
Food choice ran out so had to
settle for 2nd choice which we didn't
want. Value of purchasing 1st class seats virtually nil. Will not fly 1st class on
USAir again!

We were bumped out of our assigned seating on our second leg of our flight for medical reason - which in the long run we were completely understanding - but our new seat assignments were in the non-reclining row. (I am tall w/large frame) Made for a very uncomforable ride. Just did not seem to matter that we were put out. Nothing was offered.
