I have never experienced anything like this flight. Menu items not available, wines on wine list not available....even though Aperitifs were listed...none of the flight crew had a clue what that was (they thought it was an appetizer). Very poor form on all levels...and staff was actually hostile when video equipment didn't work and I asked to be moved. They requested I sit on a cushion which had wine spilled on it! When I refused, the head flight nazi told me to take the seat or she would request we land the plan (nice way to threaten passengers mid Atlantic). NEVER AGAIN will I fly United Business Class (should be called - "Business - No Class").
