I checked in two bags for my flight from San Diego to Oakland. When I unpacked I found that my GPS and car phone charger were stolen.
Guess it is not free check in after all.

Once again Southwest was on-time, friendly, and the cheapest. A great start to a trip to Napa. It was a good thing we chose to drive to Napa from Oakland rather than San Francisco. The San Francisco people were delayed due to fog.

Recently, Southwest Airlines has been my choice of airline. I used to fly Continental often, then Virgin, Delta, United...Southwest won for several reasons - bags fly free!! I travel light but dislike sneaky fees. Check-in is easy. When my flight was cancelled they made every attempt to get me on a flight and I did not have to stand in line - high praises here - and this clinched the deal on Southwest. Love the peanuts and Spirit Magazine. Took a long flight - Concord to San Diego - one stop - pleased with legroom, service, promptness.
