Coach seats cramped closely together. Barely enough room for a 6 foot tall person.
Services unbundled from the fare. Nothing new, but very annoying . . . baggage fees, food fees, and especially annoying, $6 charge to watch DirectTV from the personal video screen. No other video available; pay 6 bucks or stare at a blank screen for 5 and 1/2 hours.

Fantastic in flight service, we even received a meal on the flight that we were flying that was at a meal time. The flight was excellent and the whole experience was delightful.
