The flight was great, though the bathroom situation is always a problem. I am handicap and I travel economy, so I am asked to go all the way to the back of the plane. Most of the time people are pretty nice about it, but they usually send me to the back of the plane. People don't understand that just because you don't appear "handicap" people still may be. Flight people need to extend a little more courtesy to patrons with difficulties.

Easy checkin, on time arrivals, and great flight crew. The only negative was the Humphrey Terminal at MSP. It is old and a long, dark, and dreary walk to pick up my rental car. Loved the flights, though, and Denver was a nice place to change planes coming back. I had a through flight going stopping at Denver.

The flight was cancelled because of mechanical issues with the plane. We waited on the plane for nearly 2 hours and then in the airport for 2 1/2 hrs before they cancelled the flight. We finally left 18 hours after our scheduled departure. Sun Country does not have any agreements with other airlines so we were forced to stay and take their next flight. The compensation provided was $100 each. We are done with Sun Country!

The economy (for the airlines and their customers) and 9/11 have necessitated changes which, while I understand the whys, doesn't help to make seating user-friendly or take the irritation out of the following scenario "so-if-the-6-oz-facial-cleanser-bottle-is-clearly-less-than-half-full, it-still- falls-under-the-"CheckIt"-or-"ChuckIt"-rule?" both of which happened on my recent trip. Frontier Airlines and its personnel were fantastic!

Delta has a reputation for never being on time. My flight to Mpls. and my return flight were right on schedule. In fact, my flight to Mpls. landed early. There was a free movie on the flight to Mpls. but one had to pay for the movie on the flight back to San Diego. I found that to be strange. The flight attendants were pleasant and the seats were average (too close together). I particularly liked the fact that Delta sent me an email the day before my flight reminding me that I could check in on line which I did. The seat selection on line was extemely limited but I was able to change my seat at the airport.

My husband & I flew on Sun Country a couple of weeks ago. I discovered that we would not be able to pick our seats when I booked the flight unless I paid $11 per seat. Unbelievable. There is no way I'm paying to get a seat assignment. We were fortunate that the flights weren't full either way so we were able to sit together even with the 24hr timeframe. Everything else about the flight & plane were average for me. The flights were both on time which is always a plus.

we boarded a non-stop SAN-MSP flight only to be told there was "small problem" with one fuel pump. As a result, the plane couldn't be loaded with the right amount of fuel to make it all the way to MSP so we would be making a stop in OMAHA to refuel. Needless to say, this delayed our arrival into MSP significantly. Many passengers (ourselves included) had to run to make connections. We hoofed it for a while until we flagged down a cart. As we're tearing through the airport we hear our names and the announcement that the gate was closing. We did make it with no time to spare-----the commuter crew actually held the flight and delayed the take-off 10 minutes. Kudos to Mesaba.
