This was a pleasant flight. It was on time and the attendants were nice. I do think they have taken away some of the leg room from the last trip we made.

Now that United offers premium seating (with a little extra legroom) in the economy cabin (for an additional $39) the regular economy seating is absolutely horrible. I am a small female - even with the seats in front of you in their full upright position you cannot cross your legs without jamming them into the seat back in front of you. Once those seats in front of you are reclined - forget about it, you have no room.
United also doesn't offer any free snacks, like the typical peanuts or pretzels. Due to bad weather we ended up spending 5 hours on a 1.5 hour flight with no snacks available - none were available for sale either. We were absolutely starving by the time we finally got off the plane.
In summary, the flight was awful and I will NEVER fly United again.

Out going there was a lot of delays, and jammed baggage at DFW. It was 2 hours past the time that we should have landed before we got out of the airport. Coming back no delays, on time. But I hate layover's. It takes half the day to fly.
