I'm never disappointed with flying Southwest, however the service on this particular flight was above and beyond what we normally expect from our in-flight service. Our flight attendant was attending and helpful before and after our two year old son became sick on the plane, always with a smile and always gentle with her words. She even comped our alcoholic beverages!

The flight itself was good. The attendants in coach came around with a drink, not even peanuts!, and then were not seen again until they picked up trash and we were landing.

We had a flight attendant who gave the best safety speech ever. I finally listened because it was new and fresh. Southwest still lets you check baggage for free, and they actually give you drinks and snacks without begging for money. They're great.

If you have to fly.....I would rather not....it's not FUN any more. I search for the cheapest flight with the least inconvenience at the times I want. Sound to good to be true? Well with a laptop and a little time this generally can be accomplished while we consumers are experiencing "Durance Vile" with our beloved airline industry and loveable Home Land Security's "WE LOVE YOU SO MUCH RULES"
