Found the AA staff on the ground and in the air generally not friendly. 2 of the 3 flights were over 2 hours and once we were served a beverage, no one ever came by to ask if we wanted something else. One attendant after going over the emergency procedures, lectured us on not getting in the way of the cart in the aisle or getting out of our seats, etc. A cocktail was $7. Guess I've been spoiled flying SWA all these years.
