With the exception of the lackluster beverage/snack choice, this flight was comfortable and overall good. I have made this trip on several occasions, this was my first on United. I liked SOuthwest and Frontier much better

The flight itself was great---a redeye. Easy to nod off, but the child behind me kicking the seat - not so great. Pople travelling with small children need to be seated away from those who have no small ones.

Flight was smooth and connections were on time...however, seats are so narrow that the person in the middle can't move....AND there is no leg room. At one point, I felt so claustrophobic I had to tell myself to stay calm and take some deep breaths....AND I'm a seasoned traveler on many airlines. I would think twice about flying Air Tran again except for short jaunts.

unprofessinal and unpleasant specially handling the bages, also seat selections was not assign correctly and on the way back they separate me and my wife with different seats and I brougth to the stewarts attention but nothing happened.also some of your employees play stupid games by using the radio regarding my luggages and tried to charge me $25.00 which I proved that my bag was not oversized and me angery.

Connections went perfectly & on time...however, I had a middle seat and if my seat partners had been 1 lb. overweight, I wouldn't have been able to breathe. At one point I felt so crowded and claustrophobic, I had to take a couple breaths to not panic. It was like an amusement park ride where you're secured in your seat so you can't move. I'm 5'5". I feel sorry for a longer legged traveler. I travel all over the world and would think twice about taking Air Tran for any flight over a couple hours.

Flights were comfortable & all employees courteous. When weather caused a possible connection problem, the Delta employees did their best to give info & expedite getting to the next flight. One gate employee in CAK went out of his way to change my seat to a better one. I have flown Delta many times with mixed service results. This experience was a quite good.
