    Flight to Richmond no problem.

    Flight back home layover in Dallas - sat at the gate for two hours while they got a replacement First Officer. I understand emergencies happen but we were not allowed to leave the plane and they would not run the a/c as they didn't want to use fuel. We were "allowed" to get up and get ice water.

    Unfortunately our plane out of San Antonio was "broken" and we had to rebook on a later flight, go to Chicago, layover for several hours and take a much smaller (uncomfortable) plane to our destination. It was frustrating to have to alter plans at the last minute.
