Air Tran did a great job on the flight to Orlando and return. I found their staff very friendly, helpful and (above all) efficient shepherding our group of 5 plus stroller and two car seats through the baggage and boarding process on both ends of our trip. (Ed in Orlando what very helpful to my daughter and grand children.) My ONLY negative comment regards the lack of leg room in coach on the return trip. I'm 6'2" but not all that "lanky" that I should feel the need to walk around the aircraft to remove the kinks from my torso. (Maybe too many hard landings during my Army days.) God Bless the Air Tran staff and crews!!! God forgive the Air Tran bean counter who figures anyone over 5'6" should be punished for being too tall.

Everyone working for southwest airlines from the ticket takers to ground crew to the airline crew in the plane are all very courtious and friendly and very good at their jobs.
