Served water with no ice. No offers for refills. Trouble with luggage on both ends of the flight. Waited 2 1/2 hours for our luggage in San Antonio due to supposedly baggage door would not open. Told repeatedly it would only be 15 minutes and one time 30 seconds. One time they said they had gotten the door open and 1/2 hour later said the door was still closed. And they charged $25 for baggage service!!! Will never fly US Air again
