It was fine, as flights go. One little bag of nuts or pretzels is better than nothing, and I'm glad they're still doing that much. The service was friendly, and the take-off and landing were fine, so to arrive safely is the main thing!

Just wish the airfare was a bit cheaper just to go out to the coast. It was only slightly cheaper than driving 14 hours.

The flight to San Diego: just pulled away from the terminal when a severe thunderstorm struck and the airport was closed. We sat in the airplane for about an hour waiting. The conditions in the cabin were OK, and the pilot was very clear about giving us updates. I'd rather wait out a storm then be in one! It would have been nice if they'd offered a drink of pop while we were waiting, but then they would have run out during the flight! It was OK.
The flight from Sand Diego was great. They asked us if we would like to switch our seats for the emergency exit row so we could have more leg room, which we did. Don't know why they asked us, but the extra room was really nice. All in all, it was a good trip.
