I sat in the bulkhead seats and I loved it. There was lots of legroom, we were served our drink first and I was the first to get off the plane. The only downside was that I couldn't have my carry on down with me, I had to put it in the overhead. Check in was a breeze for this flight and minimal standing in line to board the plane.

My husband and I traveled with our 3 kids, all under the age of 5. We never felt like we were in the way or slowing down the show. Staff at all airports and on the plane went out of their way to help and make the kids smile. On the plane they even got extra cookies (to help keep them quite) which was apprieciated! :)

Small plane, operated by Mesaba, was booked full. Cramped, uncomfortable seats besides, and no room for carry-ons overhead, so they had to be checked at the gate. But the flight attendants offset the discomfort with their attentiveness and grace. The tram at MSP was not running (permanently?) so it was a very long trek on moving sidewalks to get to the terminal at midnight. And I intensely dislike that MSP does not have free Wi-Fi (although it does have a very nice unadvertised free lounge, secluded on the mezzanine, where you can stretch out and sleep a bit with some level of privacy). Also a Subway and McDonalds open all night.

when my return flight was late and I could not make connection, Delta called, send e-mail and offered me another - direct - flight home. Check in on line was without hassel, my seat was booked for me. I was very pleased.
