The stop at JFK was very difficult for our older travelers. No cart, long walk, late plane, no air conditioning.

The trip home was great. The check-in from Heathrow home was without issue and the staff was very friendly. However, the day before your flight to leave Delta cancelled our flight, put us on another flight 7 hours later, assigned my husband 15 rows and a galley away from me during the leg to London. No one would do anything for us until we got to the airport. Even then it took a woman with Delta to make phone calls and get help from others to get our seats back together. It was quite frustrating. But it all did end up working out in the end, just not in the seats we wanted, the layover city or time that we wanted, and put us in our destination 3 hours later than we had arranged.
During our flight one of our flight attendants was audibly complaining about other passengers, quite unprofessional.
