Started out with Delta changeing my assingned seats from windows or aisles to middle seats with an oh well attitude, I have big shoulders! Plane is old (757-200) and still has cieling mounted tube type televisions and two prong plug ins. Maybe they like retro! Seats were not comfortable with fairly low backs, they were leather but come on hawaii is kind of a long hop across the pond! It ended with them not crediting miles to my account. I called and did credit it with fewer than I should have recieved, guess they don't know how to add. I also brought this up but they didn't respond. One more thing, they contract with Hawaiian air at the gate in KOA so don't expect them to know whats going on if you have questions, your own.
